About Us

Mansur Enterprises is a retail and wholesale supplier of Home & Kitchen Essentials based in Panaji, Goa, India. We supply crockery, glassware, dinner sets, melamine, kitchenware and hotel/restaurant supplies to homes and businesses across Goa.

This online store lets you browse our range and build a quote. Our team reviews each request and replies with the best price for your quantity — there is no online payment; everything is confirmed personally.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to serve your enquiry.

• What we collect: your name, phone number, and any details you add to a quote (email, GST number, address, notes).
• Why: to prepare your quote, contact you about it, and arrange delivery.
• Phone verification: signing in uses a one-time code (OTP) sent to your phone, only to confirm it is you.
• Sharing: we do not sell your data. It is used only by Mansur Enterprises to serve you.
• Storage: your quote and account data are stored securely with our service provider (Google Firebase).
• Location (staff app only): our official staff/driver app collects a delivery driver's precise GPS location only while they are on an active delivery, so we can show live tracking and confirm deliveries. It is not collected from customers and is not used for advertising.
• Diagnostics: we collect basic crash and error logs to keep the app stable. These do not identify you personally.
• Account & data deletion: you can ask us to delete your account and all associated data (name, phone, email, GST number, address, saved quotes and profile). To request deletion, either WhatsApp/call us on +91 98819 07861 or email bhavesh@mansurenterprises.com with the phone number used to sign in. We delete your account and personal data within 30 days of the request; data we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax/invoice records) is retained only as long as the law requires and then deleted.
• Your choice: to have your data removed, use the deletion request above or contact us on the number above.

• Prices shown on this site are for reference only. The final price (with applicable discount, GST and delivery) is confirmed by our team on your quote.
• A submitted quote is a request, not a confirmed order or tax invoice. An order is confirmed only after our team agrees the price and details with you.
• Product images and specifications are indicative; actual items may vary slightly.
• Stock is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Delivery areas, charges and timelines are confirmed per order.
